Before you call, it is fair to know exactly what is being promised. Four things, each one about this service rather than about anybody else’s work.
No voicemail, no office hours
The phone is covered 24/7, including weekends and holidays, because that is when most of these calls actually come in.
The connection costs you nothing
Using this service costs you nothing. No charge to call, none to be connected, and none for whatever quotes you collect. Only the work you hire is paid for, and you pay the contractor directly.
A credentialled contractor who works locally
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds whatever licences, registrations and permits this trade and Nebraska require for the job, carries its own insurance, and actually works in Omaha. Ask to see the paperwork before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
A poor fit is fixed by one more call
If the first connection does not work out — no call back, no show, or a quote you do not trust — ring the line again and you will be put through to a different contractor.
The part this service cannot promise
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
